Too many pans

We’re all sneaking off to have a peak at Jamie’s (no we don’t need a last name) 5.30 show to get more ideas on how to get a great meal on the table in half an hour. Why bother with a boring box from the chilled food cabinet if you can put together a great meal in the time it takes to heat one up, the thinking goes? But – and it is a big but – cheffy Jamie has one big problem; and that’s the dishes. We don’t have dishwashers or even a butler’s sink in our kitchens. What’s the plus to a half hour meal from prep to table if you end up with an hours worth of dishes in the sink? I am not sure I’ve got that many dishes! Get it sorted Jamie – oh and one more thing: your latest catch phrase: “look at that!” drop it. It’s really not doing you any favours.
